I bought a Tommy Theis Holster for a HK P7 I just acquired. It arrived the Wednesday after I ordered it on a Thursday after 7 PM.
I was immediately impressed. The horsehide was thin and there was no hint of a chemical smell, a problem I had with another holster. I loved how stable it was and how the adjustable ride height was already set perfectly. This is important with a heavy, all steel gun like the P7. Tommy has the clips a couple more inches apart than a comparable COMPTAC CTAC Minotaur and this is the key. I wore it for just an hour and decided I would confirm with Tommy how to heat the Kydex and tighten the retention.
I had another question/issue on the positioning of the kydex. It seemed it did not allow me to get a good high grip on the gun, despite the combat cut. I sent Tommy an email (with a picture) that I wanted to discuss things.
It was only minutes later when he sent me a note that he was making an entirely new holster. We ended up talking and he volunteered he had made a mistake in how he laid it out. By the end of the day, he had already made AND MAILED a new holster. "Just throw the other one away", he said. I may not, since its serviceable and 90% of what you'd want in a perfect holster.
This level of service is so refreshing. I haven't had it in years on any product. Tommy is The Man!! Go to http://theisholsters.com/
I received my replacement holster today and it is PERFECT. Best bang for the buck
