In March of 2009,Robert Stewart set out on a mission. The mission was to murder his estranged wife at the nursing home where she worked in Carthage,NC.Unable to find her at her usual work station,he then opened fire with a shotgun on the bedridden and wheelchair bound elderly patients killing seven of them along with a nurse. He was shot by a lone LEO who responded to the terrified call to 911.Stewart survived a bullet wound to the chest.A few days ago, his jury found him guilty of second degree murder and he was sentenced to 141 to 179 years in prison. The defense argued that he was in a "hypnotic state" brought on by a mixture of prescription drugs and an overdose of Ambien the night before the incident and had no memory of the event.Thusly, even though he had threatened to kill his wife and her family many times,he escaped the death penalty. It is my sincere hope that he is repeatedly raped and then murdered in prison.

I read that and got so mad. Kinda like the twinkie defense, sadly this time it worked.

This is what happens when we let the victim culture reign. Last night on the news, there was a story about a smash and grab (police were asking for help in id'ing the suspects). Thing that caught my eye was the fact that the clerk was not only not resisting, but actually handing stuff to the goblins. WTF? Seriously? That's what we have become, but here's the good news, one good mugging and all these libtard anti's come around. I remember when that happened (we were up there at the time, and that wasn't far away), sad day for justice.

In the Roanoke Rapids area, a year or so ago, A man tried to kill his ex-girlfriend and her new beau by setting the house on fire while they were in it. They escaped, but the girl's mother died in the fire. The police arrested the arsonist, and he confessed that he set the fire to kill the ex and her new beau. He didn't intend to kill the mother.

During his trial for first degree murder, the prosecution played the suspects confession. When the jury was deliberating, there were some jury members who did not want to convict this slug for murder one. They claimed he didn't intend to kill the mother. The guy was going to walk or have a hung jury. The jury forman sent a note to the judge asking for some of the testimony to be read back to the jury. This must have made the defense attorney nervous, because he convinced his client and the prosecutor to plea bargin down to second degree murder.

Little did they know what was really going on with the jury. I know this because one of my fishing buddies was the jury foreman. He told me that jury would have never convicted the perp for first degree murder.

Juries have become too liberal minded. Liberals feel that you shouldn't judge someone. There is no clear right or wrong anymore. A young college student in Philly was approached outside his apartment by a 15 year old punk who had a gun. The punk wanted the student's money. The student refused and the 15 year old shot him. The student, who had a conceal carry permit, then drew his gun and shot the 15 year old.

The libs are attacking the student. They are saying he should have given the punk the money and the punk would have left. That is not a sure thing. Gang bangers will shot you for no reason. They are also saying that the student should be paying for the punks medical bills. The punk should sue the student. Since the punk is 15, he should be tried as a minor. It is sickening.

I feel our nation sliding closer to England's view of criminals, that they are poor young people deprived of education and jobs, so they are forced into a life of crime, and if you smash one up while he's attempting to kill you, then you will most likely face charges and jail time. What a bunch of B. Fooking S.
That's why I decided to join that Defense Shield the USCCA is offering, DA's and judges and juries have things ass backwards anymore and make the guy standing up for himself, the badguy. At least I'll be able to afford a good attorney if something like that happens to me. I look around at this crap and wonder whatever happened to America home of the FREE and the BRAVE.
