I can't wait, i have admired Kahr from afar for a while now. i was going to go for the CW9 a few months ago, then saw the CM9 was soon coming out so i held off until now. Got it for 422.00 shipped, and looking forward to putting a few hundred round through her ASAP after a good cleaning and a bit of lube. Shopping now for extra mags, and pocket holster. I carry a MP9c now, and love it, but needed something for pocket carry while keeping with 9mm.
Open to suggestions on holsters, SD ammo, and maybe sights down the road.

I have shot in the past, PM9, P9, CW9, and plan to have a few Kahr's in the line up over the next year or so. The CM9 was the perfect start for me, i have not been this excited about a new purchase in some time.

Exciting is good for the spirit. I'm happy for ya.
My wife and sons will be in Charlotte for a couple days weekend after next. I'll have em wave to ya when they drive through town. I'm hoping my oldest has a chance to wander through Hyatts while they are there but the visit will be very brief so time is at a premium.

Welcome to KahrTalk!
For pocket carry I do believe you made the right choice of the CM9 over the CW9. For AIWB I still prefer my Glock 26 over my PM9. Though if I didn't already have the Glock I'd probably be happy with my PM9 also fulfilling the AIWB carry.

I do like Hyatts for window shopping, really can find about any firearm you want to pick up and hold and see how it feels. I choose not to give them much of my business because of a few things I have seen over the years, but hard to argue with their selection.
hope your fam enjoys Charlotte, its a great town.

Yea my thought process was actually going to be CW9 for IWB summer carry, and P380 or a used PM9 for pocket and when I saw the CM9 news I about jumped out of my skin.
I wanted to love Glock for everything they give you, and I shot about 100-150 rounds each through 17,19,26, just did not fit me, so that’s when I turned to the M&P 9c, and honestly fell in love. I am sure one day I will buy a G19 when I get to the point I can collect, because i think that it may just be the perfect all around handgun.
It’s kinda funny, being a Sig guy for a while (still love’em and have a few and always will), this past year M&P, and now Kahr have been my focus, and going to striker fired to keep with a similar manual of arms.

I bought my Cbob from Hyatts on the internet. I found out later they were a pretty large shop. My new son in laws family lives there but they really aren't gun folks so they knew of it but rarely if ever go there. They knew them more as jewelry and that sort of thing, maybe pawns?
They did me ok on the CBob, did everything they said they would so I'm happy.
Be fun to wander through and window shop. Man with a wallet as thin as mine can window shop till the cows come home. I call it research so I don't appear cheap.

Trust me my gun Fund is at a all time low, my top five list goes like this.
1. CM9 - Finally on the way
2. M&P 9mm full-size – hope to have within a month
3. AR-15 build – Just taking my time, hope to have it done before end of year
4. Benelli - start of spring
5. SP101 .357
Plus all the sights, holsters, extra mags, Ammo, and some APEX goodies for my M&p's
so looks like bread and water for me for the next few years

Been there myself for about 40 years. Really need to cut back on the bread, water is fairly cheap.
