Sent my CW9 slide to Kahr to have Trijicon Night sights installed. The check I sent cleared last week. I contacted customer service this morning and was told Fedex had tried to deliver for a signature 3 times and was unable to deliver. I immediately knew what the problem was and asked the rep what address they tried to deliver to. Wrong address it turns out and not the address I sent to them in the letter telling them what I wanted done to the slide. This happened before with Kahr when I ordered a recoil spring assembly for my PM9. So now I have a CW9 without a slide. According to the rep she guessed she'd have to contact Fedex about it, but she had never ran into this before or handled this situation. No response to a follow up email asking where we are with all this. This does get tiresome. Please lady, I just want my slide.
