Of course not. Although "need" is a rather subjective word. I've had my PM9 for seven years and it's been my favorite daily carry, off duty and backup weapon. I've got an opportunity to pick up another one from a co-worker. It appears to be in as-new condition, Kahr plastic case and two stock magazines. He claims only a few hundred rounds through it and says reliability is flawless. It comes with three IWB holsters, a Fobus paddle holster and a Desantis ankle holster as well as a box of 147 grain Hydra-Shok. All for $450. The only problem is I'm left handed and have no use for the holsters. If I buy it, look for some holsters posted for sale - cheap.

I think you should go for it.If nothing else you can use it to trade for something in the future. A great gun at a great price!

good price, sell the holsters for what ever u can get and just shoot it like u stole it. If this PM9 the one with the blunt nose or the now new style beveled slide. IMO if it is the one with the blunt nose like you are carrying now, u best buy that puppy, that IMO is kahrs best PM9. Price is excdellent..

I'd be all over that. Good price even without all the extras. I don't think you'll have any trouble selling the holsters you can't use.
Never hurts to have a back up back up gun either. Can't never have too many.
My wife doesn't completely agree with this philosophy but I know it to be true.

Be safe.

Picked it up today and immediately took it to the range along with my P380 and Bodyguard .380. Their range report is in the "P and CW Series Pistols" forum.

I got it with five holsters, which have been posted for sale since I'm left handed and can't use them. The seller also threw in a fifty round box of Speer Gold Dot 124 grain +P LE ammunition. After the range test of the .380's I put a fifty round box of Federal FMJ through the PM9. Absolute flawless performance and a genuine thrill to shoot. So, do I need two PM9s? Absolutely not, but what's need got to do with it?:)
