Kahr CS comes thru

As I mentioned earlier in another thread, a follower in one of my mags for my PM9 broke this past Monday after only 12 rds. being fired thru what was/is a warranty replacement mag from Kahr. :eek:

I e-mailed Kahr CS and included a pic of the broken follower and asked for a replacement follower. I received a response less than 2 hrs. later that I was to receive three followers "just in case".

The followers arrived just a short time ago via FedEx.

I consider this to be outstanding CS. :D

Please don't distract the Kahr CS team from fixing my CM9. It needs their full attention! Kidding- I am glad to see they were that responsive.
Going into my third week now without my CM9. I contacted *** at Kahr and he said it was still in the repair queue. Today is my birthday and I was hoping to get a present from Kahr (CM9) but no luck.

I tried to call into Kahr CS yesterday, but never got past the hold music with the seriously funky baseline.

I think that hold music is there to drive one nuts so that u will hang up without talking to anyone!!!!
