View Full Version : Positive experience with Kahr Customer Support!

I just wanted to take a moment and say I have had a really positive experience with Kahr Customer Support. I am writing this due to quite a few negative comments on this forum regarding Kahr's CS.

Rich who I have been dealing with (on an issue I rather not get into with one of their firearms) has been nothing but helpful. He has gone WAY out of his way to assist me. He is extremely personable, knowledgeable and sincere with impeccable follow-through. That in my book is a winning combination for someone in the support role.

Support personal, no matter what company, are bound by rules and regulations. They are only able to do so much before their hands are tied. So while I firmly believe Kahr has some critical issues as a company that need to be addressed, I can without a doubt say that the service I received from Rich was first class.

nice report. no doubt we sometimes jump the gun,but again hoghunters 3 magazines will all 3 of them the spring in backwards is really unexcusable IMO. apologies had to be given, for it was their fault. One would hope some asses got chewed alittle over this to, but who knows. But over all I do give kahr cs a 90% rating, just sometimes the left doe know what the right is doing.

Good to hear. There was another recent post, I think no more than a week back, that also had kudos for Kahr's CS. Maybe a trend?
