Center console vault for F150

In my business I am frequently in places where it's illegal to carry (schools, Fed Installations,etc.)
I have been looking for a lockable gun safe that will fit the center console of my truck. This truck has a fold down middle seat/console with a compartment under the seat bottom.
I have found one possible unit at consolevault.com but it's PRICEY. Granted, security ain't cheap, but this is pushing the envelope for cost vs. benefit.
Has anyone else found something that works for them?

The Nano Vault (http://www.gunvault.com/handgun-safes/nano-vault.html) works for me. Very cheap but meets legal requirements and if under the seat is concealed.

^ that's what I have at home, pretty convenient and decent security. The cable is basically to keep your kids from taking it from your bedroom and trying to work the lock in their spare time, it's nothing even a rookie thief couldn't cut and walk away clean though.

I have the nano vault also, i have used it when flying in my suitcase.... my question for the op is what federal installation will allow you to lock a gun in your car? I was under the impression that you can't even bring the gun onto the property on your or in any capacity.

If I have to go on a base, the gun stays in the office. Some installations are in the city and I use public parking lots. Makes it real difficult some days. Generally the worst place to go is in the city.

gotcha, i was under the impression you were putting the gun in a safe to defeat the no firearm policy on dod installations.
