Yes. I just bought a cheap one at the last gun show for my P40. The guy was at the show and form fitting the pre-made holsters to your gun while you watched... $25.
It's a very simple design and light weight. The gun snaps in and seems to work well. It's thin Kydex only with an integral clip. I haven't tried it with a belt, yet. I'm still hoping to do a final test on my P40 today... after my Blazer ammo arrives. I've already modified my magazines and figure this should complete my testing prior to actual CCW.

He hasn't listed Kahrs, but he had pre-formed holsters for all models and did final fitting there.

Deadeyes pricing is easy to remember anyhow. Anything 24.95. I could work sales there. Yup 24.95. Whistlepoop whizbang magnum 4.25" 24.95.
Here's 25 bucks, send me something, you got it, and here's your nickel.

I highly recommend PJHolster.com (http://pjholster.com/?page_id=37) and get this IWB with over the belt hook, just $40 including shipping:

No matter what I do, I cannot get this pic to appear right side up! I flip it over in Photobucket, and it STILL shows up this way! Oh, well.
You won't find a more comfortable holster, period! And Paul will work with you to make it perfect for you. No better person in the business.

I can see that a Big Dot sight upgrade could cause fitment problems

I think the "mouse gun" holsters are $19.95.
I should have gotten one for the P380 and form-fitted it myself. I have a heat gun like he did. Those suckers are more like blast furnaces than hair driers, though.
Those form-fitted holsters really hand on to the gun after fitting... maybe more retention than you want, but you can adjust them with heat. Un-holstering is best accomplished when the holster is used with a belt, too. Around the house I don't usually wear a belt... or clothes... all of the time.:D
