What ammo thru CW45

What ammo are you running thru your CW45 ? What are you using for practice and self defense ? Should have mine soon so I'm looking for a little input...I've read some of the Hornady doesn't cycle well thru it...any info appreciated...

I've used WWB and Blazer for range ammo, both 230 grain. For defense, I use Speer Gold Dot, 230 grain.

Hornady may or may not work. For my CW45 and P45 they are too long. I've been using Federal EFMJ and Speer Gold Dots. Blazer Brass, Win White Box, Federal, Remington, and Sellier&Bellot FMJ have all worked well.
