does anyone know the usual turnaround time Kahr will take fixing my PM45?
they told me 2-3 weeks,

That's the usual time estimate but I think it's kind of a worst case scenario. Depending on the issue or what you want done a week to 10 days is usually closer. Some take much longer if they are waiting for a major part etc.
