CM9 Barrel Peening????

Just hit the 200 round mark in my new CM9 and noticed what looks to be some potential wear or peening on my barrel. What do you guys think?

Very common. Just take a fine file or some emery cloth and knock off that sharp edge. It usually won't reocurr. It won't get worse even left alone. Just a sharp edge best smoothed out

What Bawanna said. Some folks do a fluff & buff taking off the sharp edges and making friction points very shiny and smooth.

Thanks guys! I'm happy to hear that all is well. I used a sharpening stone to remove the burr and then polished the area with Dremel.
