Thanks Bonjorno2 and JFootin for rec Paul at PJholsters.com. I wanted a non SERPA Kydex holster for my P40 and Paul made one for me. I field tested it and found it to be PERFECT. I had him put a 10 degree FBI cant to it--perfect. Retention is perfect. Fit and finish-perfect. It is lightweight, clean, simple and functions well. I could not be more satisfied. Good job Paul! I rec Paul's work to anyone here needing a custom holster.

He also made one for the Sig P230. In a word...Perfect also.

I will be contacting him for mag holders and another holster.

Of course, we're talking about a holster, not a weapon. But Sarge is kind of stuck in his ways. Just to make sure you get him cooled down, you better post pictures of the holster with your gun in it!

Oh, he will. It looks like you got the closed Kydex belt loops. I want to get another IWB with the Kydex clip over the belt with a notch in the middle where you can put a finger to pull it open a bit when putting it on or taking it off. I think this is a recent development by Paul. Here's a pic...

Awesome! Glad that you are happy... no reason to pay 60 plus for a holster and wait months when you can have one for 40 in a week or so!

That notch is something I'd insist on for appendix carry (straight drop of course) so that the clip would work should it fall over a belt loop. Nice to learn it would also serve a second function.

Oh, you're right! I hadn't thought of that use. Good to know!
