Shot 100 rounds yesterday...very cold even in an indoor range. Anyway pistol was flawless, and now have a total of 250 through the pipe. The guy next to me asked what I was shooting and I told him CW9 Kahr..he looked at me like I had a third eye, then he remarked at how accurate I was shooting. I assured him that it was not me and that the pistol was making me look good. As I was leaving the same guy was checking out the Kahrs at the gun counter, that put a smile on my face.

They are very accurate pistols for their size. No question about it. I shoot my K9 as tightly as many larger, more target oriented pistols I have owned. Good barrels make a big difference. Many makers of small pistols ignore that assuming at short range, accuracy does not matter. To me that sells the customer short. You never really know how far you may have to shoot, or how narrow a target box you may be presented in a real world defensive scenario.

Glad you are enjoying that Kahr!

I just crossed my P over the 200 round mark this weekend. So I guess it is broken-in. It has been nothing but a pleasure to shoot and flawless in operation.

I've got over 270 rounds through my CW9 now and it is definately a shooter. I'm not sorry at all Santa decided to leave it for me under the tree. I'm already thinking CW45 to replace my G36.

COM = Kahr T40, rapid fire, 15 yards, first time at the range with it.

Stomach = 1911, rapid fire, 15 yards, the gun I compete in IDPA with. Was getting severe leading, but still, the point remains.

The gun is very accurate (and most are), but the action masking where the shot breaks helps a lot of shooters be more accurate - IF THEY'RE USING GOOD FOUNDATIONS OF MARKSMANSHIP. I am NOT a great shot, but the above picture shows a brand new gun that I have shot 50 rounds though, vs. a 50 shot group of a gun I have carried and shot continuously for several years.

Most people that complain about Kahr's being inaccurate are improperly shooting the gun - almost EVERYBODY who teethed on a revolver shoots them astoundingly well. If you teethed on a semi auto, be prepared to slow down and go back to square one, and you'll be amazed how accurate these guns can be when you do your part.

I took my CW9 out to the range yesterday and it shot great. Can't wait to get the night sights for it.
