Went through over a hundred rounds at the range today, not one jam, hangup, FTF or FTE. I sure wish it had a more Kahr like trigger, this one takes some getting used too. The only group I put together that was worth a damn was with a mag of Hyrdra Shoks, about a 2.5" group at 7 yards, about an inch below the X.
My CW45 however, still will not feed from the 7 round mags decently. I had taken them apart, lightly oiled them and put them back together to make sure they were put together correctly. Not sure whats up with those. I thought maybe I was starting to limp wrist, but I tried a couple mags making sure my wrist was firmly locked behind the pistol but that didn't help. It's like they didn't come up far enough to be picked up when the slide returned, or else they would jam into the chamber. Probably a third of them hung up, usually on the 2nd and third shot of the mag. Once I got down to about 4 left in the mag they started feeding fine.
I tried out some 185gr +P Golden Sabre, and some 230 gr +P Rangers and neither fed well. Got about the same results as I was having with the 7 round mags.
Well here are the last two targets of the day from the LC9. My wrist was aching and I was ready to go home, but wanted to have a couple targets for a pic. I hope things will tighten up as I get used to the trigger, and giving my wrist a few days rest should help.

On you 7 roud mag hangups - check the follower interfeting with the mag release button catch - on the p380 it happens between 3 and 4 and the end of the mag release protrudes too far into the mag body and interferes with the folower. That slows the feed down and often jambs the gun. Could be the problem you are having on your 45 7 round mag

This was my rapid fire, double tap, breaking with 180 grain Winchester Ranger Bonded HPs.
Just got a sight picture with the front sight and opened fire.
The G27 was flawless.
It just cycled smoother, like butter, the hotter it got.
And with three pre-load 22 round mags and three pre-loaded 9 round mags
that baby got HOT - LOL!

I just bought an LC9 for my wife (would have got her a PM9 but she has to have the safety  )

She and I both shot 6" - 1 ft low at 15 ft! I am used to long, DA trigger pulls as I have had the LCP and have a CM9 and a 642. I watched her shoot it and she was not pulling at all. I did the same thing. She tore the center out of the target with my CM9. The guys on the Ruger forum said it was us, but I tell ya, I have shot enought of these type guns to know the gun shoots low. I tried both "the pumpkin on a post" and the covering the target sight pictures.

I am taking it to the range for round two soon.

It is a great feeling gun and has shot reliably from the getgo, but I sure do appreciate my Kahr and its dead accurate sights and smooth metal trigger.

I have a buddy that has one while i was accurate with it, the trigger pull length was unacceptable.

The Kahr CM9 is in a different league for me. consistently more accurate.

For my intended use of this gun, front pocket carry, no holster, I feel a safety is necessary. I hear many carry their PM/CM9 in the front pocket with no worries, but anything that is pointing that close to Richard and the twins, I DO want a safety on it. I've had several people admire my CW's and then ask where the safety is, and after explaining it doesn't need one, they hand it back and say it won't work for them. Women particularly seem to want a safety, I can't really blame them as rummaging around in a purse they could easily set one off. My CW's ride in a holster at about 5 o'clock, and I feel perfectly safe that way, but for front pocket carry I want a manual safety. I'm sure I would have been more accurate with a CM9, and it's Kahr trigger, but I felt the LC9 suited my wants and needs better. Plus it didn't cost me anything as I paid the same as what I got out of a pistol I sold earlier in the day, and holds 1 more round than the CM9 does. Y'all may think I'm being silly or over cautious, but it's my Richard that could get blown off and not yours and I'll pick what I feel safest with. Accuracy will come with practice and getting used to the trigger.
I feel it's accurate enough as it is that I won't hesitate to slip it in my front pocket and head down to the 7-11. One nice thing about it is that it's much less finicky about ammo and limp wristing and things than the Kahrs are.
