Well first I will start by saying that after Kahr sent me a shipping label, I mailed this out last thursday. I received it back from them on Wednesday, which I thought was pretty fast! The maintenance receipt said they replaced the magazine catch and spring, and they polished internal parts. It said they test fired it, and it was ok. I immediately noticed that there was no more slop between the frame and the slide, and the action was cycling much smoother. I pulled it apart, and also saw that they polished the bur off of the trigger bar. I did not notice any other parts that were obviously polished, but I did not take the striker apart. I cleaned and lubed the gun appropriately and took it to the range this morning and I put 10 mags through it (Outdoor range, and it was raining). Absolutely flawless! No problems with any of the 4 types of ammo I used, and the mags stayed securely in the frame. This gun is very quickly on its way to earning my trust. My C.S. Guy at Kahr was Eoin. I am definitely 100 percent satisfied with my post-trouble experience with Kahr. Aside from the gun working out of the box, I couldn't ask for better treatment.
