Okay,Put roughly 400 rounds thru it today...Couple of tiny problems, hopefully easy fixes...Firsr off, the slide stop walks out every few rounds...Second, after the last round is fired, the trigger sticks back and won't come forward...You have to drop out the empty mag and drop the slide stop and re-rack to get the trigger to come forward...Third,you really gotta bang the full mag in at the end when you insert it...It goes in fine ,but right at the point where it needs to click in you really have to muscle it in there...And last, I'm getting a butt load of plastic shavings thrown at me when i'm firing it...Any input appreciated...I'm searching the threads now...

gb6421 has a fix for that slide stop pin walking. go to the kahr tech section ad hit on CW45 fixes. He addresses that. Have u cleaned the slide internals by using that cleanout hole on the bottom of the slide???
with the slide off the gun pull the trigger and see if u feel anything grabbing it. kahr triggers are glass smooth, so the feeling should be smooth.. Those plastic shaving I would think are coming off the frame polymer rails, which actually onlyt help to guide the sldie on the gun BUT if there are any high spots on those rails the action of the slide will actually smooth them out and that has to be where the shaving are coming from.
look at the kahr lube chart...

Have u cleaned the slide internals by using that cleanout hole on the bottom of the slide???Yes sir...With the non chlor. brake cleaner spray...I did the full on prep and lube (same as with my CM9)soon as I got my grubby little hands on it...I can't feel anything grabbing the trigger with slide off or on...Smooth as silk...It just sticks back after the last round as explained in my post...I've allready checked on the fix for the slide walking...
