THE THE GREATONE. I have to apologize for not seeing sooner that our charming, sensitive, eliterate, moderator hit the 10K post mark this week. A job well done Bawanna. Unbelievable how one can post 10K and actually say "nothing". He should run for president:music:

Hey Jocko, Give Bawanna a break. When he has as many years as moderator as the president has in office, then he may have as many posts (communications) without actually saying anything meaningful.

You gotta remember, the president is a professional! :D

(Thank God Bawanna doesn't spend money like the prez!) :D

Believe me I found myself pondering the reality of 10,000 post! That's a huge number and even though I type really fast, a lot of time. (Do I need a life?) I tried to do a mental tally of meaningful, trolling, scenting, and I would have been better off poking myself in the eye with a steak knife.
My break down was

Meaningless, 8,784
TRolling 237
Scenting 976
Meaningful 3

I have had a wonderful time doing it though. I guess about 4 of those meaningless could be applied to damage control and refereeing.

Best Moderator Ever

Having been a moderator and admin on other forums (and some of my own), I have a strong appreciation for those who handle themselves in a manner like our Bawanna (aka The BME). I've been on various forms of online communication for about 25 years now dating back to the old BBS days (text only, or ascii if you're creative and 9600 baud or DIE!!!) and I've never been on a more friendly and knowledgeable place than this.

PS
(Bawanna, I'll PM you my address to mail the $5 pat on the back fee.)

That is a bunch! It would be a gas to categorize Bawanna's posts. How many were proposing to the females among us, bringing peace to the battleground, talking grips (need more!), and how few grumping about things. Glad you're here Mighty B!

Congratulations Daddy, Kimosabi, Bawanna! Best moderator, bar none! And a pretty good friend, even if only the cyber kind, too.

Some and I'd probably go so far as to say even most of my very best friends are cyber friends. Weird having friends all over the country and even Thailand and I couldn't pick one out of a line up if my life depended on it.

The guys here occasionally harass me about my addiction here and how it's only internet but I've told them more than once I have just as much faith and in some cases far more faith that my cyber friends will have my back if needed and I will have theirs as well. What kind of a price tag do you put on something like that.

How many times do we read about someone with a broken thing a majig and within minutes someone else will come along and say I got one, I'll send it to ya. Or similar things that don't even involve guns. Even experience with health issues, it's all here.

We got a pretty outstanding bunch of _______________add your descriptor here. A nice place to take a little brake or get help when you need it.

I did kind of leave that door wide open didn't I? Probably left best to the imagination if your imagination is flexible enough to allow you to go that far.

I almost offended myself just imagining that.

You still like me even though I'm a bucket mouth?

If that sidecar motor cycle shows up under my tree I'll pick you up Christmas Day for a ride. Dress warm, it's cold that time of year.

Of course! You're so witty, funny, and charming! Did I forget good looking with your manly mustache? ;)

It's all in the mustache. You should see it now. It's almost out of control. Wife said it was looking shaggy or bushy, can't remember which. Told her to bite me. So she did. Have to be careful what I ask for in the future.

On the arm Jocko you perv.

Congrats, Great One! But you need to recypher that post count. I know for a fact that you have grossly undercounted your "meaningful" posts. And speaking of math, I did some quick calculations on my own "modest" post count... and at my present rate I figure I will tie you in about 50 years... assuming you slowdown and let me catchup! :D

I'll put it in cruise control (slow) Ubaldo and we'll leave the light on for you. Look forward to linking up with ya in 50.

Thanks for the kind words.

I'll add congrats and a job well done Bawanna. You handle things that could get out of hand and diffuse tense situations very eloquently.

Congratulations, I guess.:D I was watching your post count but I've been busy around the house and reading a lot. My son is coming to visit for a week this Saturday and I've been trying to "tidy up" a bit... which can be troublesome to a packrat... or "collector/hoarder".
You add quite a bit of "character" to the forum... ever since I lit that fire under your butt and you got into the "Turbo" mode of bucket mouth... what... about February last year. Jocko and I still have the treadmarks on our backs, though Jocko added a few more marks, I guess, when he tangled with the big milk shake on the highway.

Congrats, buddy!
