I'm in washington (no sweating here)
I like it as a slide guard for my skin while wearing under a tee shirt.

What side of Washington stumprat? We don't have a lot of members here in Washington. I can't remember if I knew you were from here or not. I better do that Dementia tests again.
Your sure right about sweating in Washington, it's sure took a quick turn to the chilly last couple weeks and the monsoons are here too.
I can handle cold or I can handle wet but wet and cold gets real old in a hurry.
Nice assortment of carry systems.

Welcome to KahrTalk!
In spite of being humbled by the photo skills of others, here is one I have that was actually taken to show some holster mods I made...

If you are close we should get together and shoot sometime.

Your PM9 is a safe queen? I thought that was your primary CCW piece.

Nearly everything that I care about is in my safe except my cat. I have the deeds to my houses, titles to my vehicles, a couple of promissory notes, contracts, spare credit cards [I only carry one], jewelry, watches, laptop, and twelve guns in there. I keep two pistols out and very well hidden for home defense - the LCP, easily and cheaply replaced and an HK USP 40 with two 14 rounds mags and NS's. The HK was pretty cheap too, because it was a police trade in, but it's almost perfect and too big to carry.

Jimsea, how are your feet more tan than your hands? :D Here's my contribution. Black Talons. Why? Cuz its the only armor piercing depleted uranium shock and awe atomic bullet available that also has heat seeking capability. Thats why.

I was gonna insert a photo, but my CM9 is unpolished, I dont have a display stand, and my ammo is just FMJ. Once again, Im sitting at the "kids" table. Sigh.

If it makes you feel any better, my PM9 fell off the stand well over 2 times before it finally sat there long enough for the photo op. The stand fits a a larger gun quite a bit better. And, thats my only Black Talon. It somehow made it into a box of other ammo. Never really knew how or why. I just keep it around for glamour shots, thus, making it very lame. I'll sit with ya at the kiddie table.

No way Renee. You just crossed over into senior status. Party time!
Course that don't mean you get to stay at the big people table. I keep getting sent back down. Just cause your old don't mean you gotta be grown up I guess.

It took me a second to figure out what you meant. Then I realized. I have hit 100 posts. I am a senior member. This changes things. Im not longer going to have this juvenile, humble attitude. I'm the real deal. Like it or leave. Thats right....I have a stand for photo shoots. It's 100% acrylic. IMPORTED acrylic. Rare. And maybe thats NOT my only Black Talon. I could have millions. You dont know. For I am....a senior member.

Excellent attitude. Never worked for me, I'm still labeled as a poser but it might work well for you. I've always been jealous of yall with imported acrylic, not to mention those cases of Black Talons in each of your fleet of assault vehicles. Wrong side of the tracks for me I guess.
I held a Black Talon once.
Hey…I still have 10 Black Talons on hand….you know they fall right below silver in precious metal spot prices right???
Serious….check it out (http://www.gunlistings.org/ohio-gun-classifieds/dayton__springfield/pistols/65227/black_talon_9mm_20_rounds)
Anyway….I’d like to sit at the kiddy table…better conversation and adults frown on food fights for some reason :D

Yeah, adults definitely have no sense of adventure, that's for sure. No harm in a spoonful of macaroni and cheese getting launched across the table at your arch nemesis all in good fun. But do adults see the satisfaction in that. NOOOOOO! It's the freaking time out corner for you mister...........positive reinforcement on your backside with the leather strop. Boy was I glad when they invented safety razors.

I'd let you hold my Black Talon any time you want. Wait, this forum is supposed to be G rated...
I may only have a single Black Talon, but I think thats all that is needed. Afterall, the power contained in just one single Black Talon round is enough to level a small town. Then rebuild it. They are that powerful.
Come to think of it....i'm calling mom. I want to see if she can stitch "Black Talon" into the waistband of my underwear. I'm pretty serious about self defense.

NOW your talking like a senior. Hip boots, where did I leave my hip boots?
Wish I'd thought about that waistband idea, I do hate to be a copy cat. My wife has an embroidering machine that could do a nice job. Cost me at least 2 mid range 1911's but she's happy.
