I finally got to shoot my new PM9 yesterday. I ran 200 rounds of Winchester WB through it, between my nephew an me. It had 1 stovepipe, while my nephew was shooting, at around 170. Limp wrist? Bad shell? Dirty? I pulled back the slide to clear, and sling shotted the next round in. No problem. I had no failures of any kind. Other than that, it ran flawlessly. It was amazingly accurate, even though we were more intent on putting rounds through it than testing for accuraccy. I am not used to the long (but smooth as silk) trigger pull. It will come in time. This pistol is an absolute hoot to shoot, and I am tickled pink with the way that it performed. I did not shoot any SD rounds through it. That will come. Both mags performed well. I was a little skeptical about the 7 rounder, because of all the bad hype surrounding them, but it ran perfectly. I must admit that I was more than skeptical about buying the Pm9 because of the hype about them, as well. These thoughts have been laid to rest, and I am totally in love with this pistol. I did the recommended break in proceedures, and lubed with TW25.. It will be my everyday carry. I bought a Galco Stinger holster for it, and forgot I even had it on. Very comfortable and hides under a tee shirt. I have a Nemisis pocket holster,, as well, but am not crazy about it. It just doesn't seem to be ''sticky'' enough. It wants to come out with the gun. I intend to find something more to my liking, because I need that option. I am on the Kahr bandwagon..Mike

Thanks for the range report. Sounds like you got a winner - 7 round mag included. :)

I'm one of the folks who had issues with the 7 rounder I got with my PM9. Not hype, just a statement of fact.

Pocket holsters require a drawing technique that requires practice. It is easy to pull everything out at once. Give this guy a look. Nice pocket holster. Reasonable price.

Very nice. I tried to get on his website, but it says it's under construction and then tells you to go to his Facebook page. I don't do Facebook. So I will put it on my short list, and go on from there. Thanks for the heads up 340pd..Mike

Great report Hog! I believe in the "Prep" routine making the pistol work smoother and it looks like it paid off for you. Now about your "just putting rounds through it..." Looks pretty darn good for not trying. Just remember I'm a friend not foe if we meet some day!

There are many on the target that I am not proud of, but that dog will hunt if you do your part. That I am certain..I agree with you on the prep part of breaking in. It is easy to do, and the bonus is that you get a little more familiar with the workings of the pistol. It's all good..Mike
