When trying to load the 2nd round into a 9mm mag, the follower would lock up and I traced the problem to the pin inserted into the follower catching on the top edge of the magazine.
With the mag apart, I looked inside and could see a line/scratch were this pin was dragging.
To fix this, I filed the front edge of this pin to match the profile of the mag so it no longer touched the inside of the mag.
It's easier to file with the mag assembled.
