View Full Version : Does Garrett not make the - What the tuck any more?

Hi all,

I some how stumbled across some one talking about the what the tuck as a fantastic tuckable iwb option with suede lining and a very good build quality. I went to their site and can find clip options and I see what it looks like " looks great ", but I am unable to find it on their site.

Any one know if it was discontinued or is it so new its just not available yet?

Looks like a cross between a mini-tuck and an mtac but with a very soft lining and a high quality construction that could be a real winner.

I'm sure Ron will be along to let us know. It could be discontinued or it could be their new web site had a hickup.

Ran across this on another forum. Being made for 1911's first. If it holds up to their weight it will work for us.

I know the WTT is a fine holster and stable, but suggest you take a look at the Silent Thunder with the dual belt loop option. That offers stability yet keeps the features of the Silent Thunder. Just something to consider.

That holster looks like a great option, but one thing that concerns me is that I have some love handles lol, and the upper protective area on that one is pure kydex, opposed to the leather tab on a mini-tuck.

I wonder if having that area be all kydex and offering no flex if that would be uncomfortable.

It does flex somewhat and, at least with mine, it does form to your handles as leather would.

We have replaced the WTT with the Fusion composite holster. We will be doing the Kahr series of pistols within the week. I will post pictures with a special offer for Kahrtalk members soon.

Seriously, it is about the same thickness as a ST. I am making one for Sheryl's CW9 and will post pics when it's done. I have 2 for my 1911's and I love'em!
