CM9's at Bass Pro

I was a little shocked going through a Bass Pro advertisement that came in the mail, Kahr CM9 for $449. When I was shopping for one a few months ago I couldn't find any gun shops that even stocked Kahr. They said they didn't have much demand so they had to order them and all quoted me a price of over $500. Ended up shopping on-line, the Bass Pro cost plus tax would be about the same as the on-line dealer plus shipping and FFL. I like buying locally but that's getting harder and harder these days.

Cabelas had the same offer in their sale flyers $449.00 + tax.

To do that you know Kahr must have upped production a lot! Those two big stores require inventory on hand and they pump a lot of it through the stores and on line. I say good for Kahr, but also say we better be ready real soon for a tidal wave of new users.

I haven't reviewed the tech section for a while but from the last time I suggest we have a closed sticky thread with all the instructions for new Kahr owners in one spot and link it in another closed sticky in each of the other sub-forums.

I suppose we need to agree on what must go in vs what is optional but it should happen soon. That is IF y'all think it's needed like I do.

I saw these at the local Bass Pro. They also had the small Browning 1911-22 as well as a Sig 1911-22 that the salesman said was going to be in their thanksgiving add. This is the rebranded GSG.
