I'm going on orders up to Washington in a couple of weeks.
I'm wanting to get a feel for their CCW outlook and laws.
I'm looking up the attorney general's site right now, but I never had any luck looking up Oklahoma's laws, so if you have a direct link, please share!
Thanks guys.
Happy shooting!

Not sure if this will answer your questions. Ironically one of the gray area's is military bases. Actually it's not gray, it's a no no.

Is it me Bawanna, or as a fellow Missourian can you confirm that our laws are SO much easier to navigate?

Truth be told I was drug out of Missouri (totally against my will, fought as hard as I could) long before I had a care about laws which is really rather ironic in itself in that I have very little regard for laws to this day. I carry every where. If it's not allowed I carry anyhow or I don't go there.
The laws are aimed mostly at bad guys who by their very nature don't obey laws anyhow. I'm a good guy and a sheep dog so I'm not going without my tools.

What part of Washington are you being sent to?

Your a good person to ask the question I've been asking then. Laws like carrying on college campus, and into privately posted places, etc...Are those typically used as extra prosecuting power against those that openly commit a gun crime in those places vs. the casual CCW carrier that gets printed, etc?

What do you mean sheep dog?

I'm not exactly sure. They told me, but I'm flying there and I'm going whether I want to or not unlike a vacation. So I just go with the flow haha.

Like everywhere else including Missouri the decision to pile on charges for the location like a college etc is up to the prosecutor. Just like a self defense shooting, depends on the agency, investigators, prosecutor. In one place you might be just fine, the next they just can't not look the other way, gotta jump through hoops.
A sheep dog is a person who will help and defend the weaker people (sheep). The folks that rely only on LE, refuse to carry a weapon, turn the other cheek because the rapist, murderer, gang banger wasn't breast fed as a child, they run in fear when the big bad wolf comes. The Sheepdog who often looks like the big bad wolf is there to protect the sheep. Cops are sheepdogs, military, fireman, good guys who carry guns are usually sheepdogs.

Not too many military bases here in Washington, we got a Navy base in Everett and Army at Ft Lewis, an air force base near Spokane, no others that pop into my head.
