Can the feed ramp be polished in PM9? Aren't they plated? Will this cause issue with plating? I am just looking to make this the most glitch free pistol that I can.:59:

The Kahr ramps come in pretty good condition. Polishing the feed ramp is, IMHO, the most overrated solution to feed problems. The force exerted on your round is astronomical in comparison to the friction found in the ramp. I'd leave it alone. One of the most reliable pistols ever made has a flat, rough feedramp that looks like you could file your nails on.

if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it.

The corollary - with polishing the feed ramp - is also true:
You can fix it until it is broke.

Well I pulled it apart last night getting ready to ship off to Magnaport, gonna pass on polishing the ramp. It looks so POLISHED  now I don't see that it could possibly help.;)

It would seem that polishing a plated part would just make the plating thinner and more prone to flake off like happened on some.
