Gold Rush- Kahr Hat

I've been watching the show Gold Rush (Discovery Channel) and the old man on the show wears a Kahr ball cap many times in each episode. Not sure if anyone else noticed or not. Does Kahr pay for that advertising or is he a fan of Kahr? I wonder how many folks watching the show have no clue what Kahr is.
PS- Sorry if someone already pointed this out.

I saw that myself, last week. I would say that there aren't many people who watch the show that know what Kahr is. Pretty cool..

That's why I like my Kahr hat - no one knows what it is. It's about the same with HK, Kimber, and STI. I never wear a SIG, S&W, or Springfield hat unless I'm trying to make a point.

the wife of one of my dove hunting and general running buddies saw my Kimber cap one night and asked why I was wearing a cap with her name on it. I need a Kahr cap. I don't think there's any one by the name of Kahr here in Stumpwater, TX.

I like the show and noticed the Kahr hat last week....I am very impressed by the 16 year old young man running his grandfathers claim...When I was 16 I didn't have sense enough to run a Coke stand much less a gold mine running and repairing heavy equipment...I hope that Dakota Fred falls into his new rock smasher after the Kahr hat wearing and carrying old man Hoffman perforates him a couple times....

I haven't seen the show but my spidey senses tell me this Dakota fella must be a real likeable fella. People want him perforated and a trip through his rock smasher. Definitely a lack of love and harmony directed at him for sure.
I'll have to try and catch this show.

Seems to me a lot of the show is for "show"....I still like watching it tho. My wife says that Gold show is my soap opera. Funny, she said the same thing about the Top Shot show, me and the kids never missed that. Again, a lot of the show was for "show" there too.
