I really like the Bianchi stuff, like ya said very well made. I am wondering however if they are practical and comfortable enough for carry. Are they to bulky/combersome?

Dang! You did steal it! I've seen some leather shoulder rigs going for over $150, so...
Galco has been making shoulder holsters for a long time. Probably a majority of them to law enforcement professionals. So, I think they know what they're doing.

he stole that Bianci rig, used or not, u can't hurt that rig. It is suede lined. super ring, well over a $100 . nice buiy jeepster09. back in my gun dealing days 30+ years ago Bianchi was the cadillac of the hoster industry. today many others are just as good, no doubt.
back then we never heard of super tuck, or desantis or let along the vast amount of custom holster makers today. Back in my gun days Bianchi was the leader of the industry, I would assume today they are now just one of the "boys". Quality is just as good but now to many other choices to pick from.

x2....Can't speak to today, but I still have and use a few Bianchi holsters from back around then.....including my only remaining, still in service shoulder holster.

I have one for my S&W 39-2 bought is when I purchased the gun new in the early 80,s. Great holster and looks like new still today. I don't wear it much now as I much prefer my Crossbreed and and my PM9. I still love to shoot the 39 it runs flawless.

Don't have that particular holster.
Do have two shoulder holsters that I never use.
On paper they look good. TV, movies and the like.
But for me,
they are difficult to draw from and don't conceal all that well.
I prefer belt carry, cross draw, for my S&W 640-1 357.
Canted, with the centennial frame, it's super comfortable that way.
And very fast into action.

The perspective of this mirror shot makes your upper body look like the incredible hulk, Barth! And , man, I envy that strait, thin waistline on a man approaching middle age! Don't ever let a spare tire or pot belly form. If you do, you'll have them for the rest of your life.

I'll be 55 in a few months and my three grandchildren are each 7.
Middle age passed by a few exits back - LOL!
Thanks anyway,

Well, jocko, did you notice those Lean Body magazines in the background? He obviously works vigorously to stay in that kind of shape.
Kudos to you, Barth!

Barth, I was shopping on Ebay or Amazon a few months ago and found a T-shirt Holster (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Concealment-TEE-Shirt-CCW-CPL-Holster-Shirt-Packin-Tee-/270857270188?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f1059f3ac) like the one in the ad except white, but I got it for about $20 shipped. I can't find one at that price, now. Shoot, I got an alert about one in black at the same price. Should have bought it, too.
Anyway, VERY comfortable with a padded, moisture proof pad behind the gun, very good elastic for retention, and very inconspicuous for my CM9.
Edit: I intend to wear it with a Western shirt that has snaps instead of buttons. You can "rip" several snaps open in a second and reach for the gun. I have 1 shirt like that and intend to shop for some more.
Completely inconspicuous unless someone hugs you and feels the gun.

I have two such shirts (black) with duel padded, velcro closed, concealment pockets on either side from 5.11.
They cost a lot more than 20 bucks though.
Used with an inside the pocket holster, it carries/conceals well.
But drawing is slow and cumbersome. Don't use those either.

Well, well, looks like another family connection has shown themselves. I'll do everything in my power to keep uncle Bawanna and cousin JFootin on their best behaviors. No need for us to get Hatfield and McCoys on Thanksgiving of all days.

I don't know. Them shifty surveyors are known to move surveying stakes and change property lines. Before you know it, they'll be saying your house is half over on their property. Time to load up the guns! :86:
