Hi all,Finally decided to look for new sights for CM9,after consistently hitting low after 500rds of mixed ammo(with only 2 hitches). The RO on drills night also tried my CM9 with the same low results,so I know it's not operator error.Any suggestions ? I hope there is an easy install on this slide for whatever brand I decide on.All help is appreciated...Thanks.:)

Let me ask you this, when you are aiming do you put the front dot on top of the rear dot, with the front dot dead center to point of aim?

one needs to change his sight picture. Maybe covering the bulleye will bring the shots up, no offense to what Ikeo74 ask either but in a SHTF situation ur not even gonna see that back sight and u would be damn lucky if u see the front sight. Practice close get very good at POA shooting seeing the front sight clearly and all else will fall into place. Just my 2 cents..

Thanks Jocko,I do practice point shooting at close ranges, but this CM9 still fights me sight wise!!! That's why I was thinking about XS Big Dot (as my eyes aren't getting any younger). Is it an easy install or do I need to send the slide out??

If it were me, I'd try filing or sanding down the front sight, right there in the slide.
Check that the front sight is seated down tight on the slide.

Measure over the sight and slide with a caliper as a reference before you file anything off, it won't take much to raise the point of impact.
I'd start with .010 to .020 of an inch.
Put some blue painter's tape on both sides of the sight to protect the slide.
just sayin'
