Edit: I moved my pics and ruined the links , here are some more pics:
My MK9 Holster from James Dean Gun Leather. He does a fantastic job, and I got just what I wanted. Kahr MK9 and a Remington 1911R1.

I think you have great taste in guns, holsters ans accessories, Keduc! Isn't the quality, fit and finish on James's holsters incredible! I have been trying to tell everyone how good it is to put my shiny CM9 in the snap loop IWB holster that James made for me.....and just look at it for awhile before I put it on. Highest quality Herman Oak leather, hand stitched to absolute perfection, molded and formed so beautifully, finished in a deep, rich black with the most perfect edges I have ever seen! Then, I put it on and feel how perfectly it fits in the sweet spot just behind my hip, how the gun fits in it like a fine glove, how effectively it holds the gun and grip against my body, how sweet the draw is and how easy it is to reholster the gun with the reinforced mouth and the perfectly sized and shaped sweat guard!
I want to learn to take awesome pics like yours! I bought a 16 mp camera with a real nice zoom lens, and a full size tripod. I just have to learn to use them. I might need some adjustable lighting. Here are 2 nice pics that James took of my holster right after he finished it.

They really are the nicest set of holsters I have seen. He is in the process of making me a belt also, I cant wait! ....Well, I am a patient guy, so I CAN wait...especially cause I know how awesome it will be! :D
As for the camera you got, Set it on Manual, and you'll figure out how to take awesome pics in no time. I shoot with a Canon T1i, with a 50mm f1.8 Lens. Lighting for these pics was just the desk lamp I made that you can see in the pics, and alittle sunlight :) nothing fancy.

Well, my camera isn't a Canon or Nikon, but it is a great value from a name I trust: GE, believe it or not. Its actually a rebrand of an existing model from a Japanese manufacturer. Got it from Walmart along with a high speed 16 mb memory card and a real nice full size metal tripod with level meters on it and all (only $14!). Great zoom lens and the most intelligent set of understandable features (including manual) I have ever seen! And lots of great customer reviews, too. (I read about some little Nikons that would just quit working not long after purchase.) I got $20 off for signing up for a Walmart store credit card, so the whole package was about $165, a good price for just a little pocket size camera with a 3x zoom lens and no accessories. I did real well! :D Here are the specs:

Nice camera! I have always been a fan of GE. I did not know they are in the market for consumer electronics.
