I saw a picture of this on TGSCOM's site:
The BATF has ruled it's a pistol and not a rifle cause it's meant to be fired one handed.
It's an AK-47 bullpup design by Center Ballance Systems. http://www.cbrps.com/Products.html They have short video on how to convert your AK pistol into one of these.

That is one industrial strength weapon. Is it the official sidearm for Abrams M1A1 crewmembers?

Yikes I can't imagine holding it one-handed with a full 30-rd mag.

I think I'd have to figure out someway to put another grip on that picitinny rail.
It looks tough, but all it is is a short barrelled AK-47, which is no slouch. I've always liked the 7.62 x 39.
