Nice catch rooster! That is the first I have seen info on the CM40... Now you guy's know the CM45 release has to be just around the corner!!!

As far as MSRP???... but the CM9 @Buds the first day they were released for sale back in March was $417 shipped. (The day and place I bought mine) Now they are @$387 shipped. That would be the range of street pricing the CM40 will be sold at I would guess.

Just got my new cm9 a few days ago from cheaper than dirt for 345 plus 10 for shipping. I thought it was an excellent price.

I saw that sale price...Great deal. I noticed it didn't last long before it said sold out. I got my cm9 a month ago for $440 out the door and was happy until I saw cheaper than dirt's sale. Nice buy on a great gun.
