Got it for Christmas in 1950 when my family was stationed in Puerto Rico - it still functions ok:

several years later I got a Stallion .45, but lost it in a move. :(

Wow! That's quite a piece! If it didn't have the stud through the barrel, the modern screws, and of course, the "Pirate" on the stock, it would look pretty real... NICE!
In the late 50's I had a Luger-looking cap pistol that had a slot for a single square cap that was inline with the barrel and propelled a BB when the cap was fired. There was a pull-knob firing mechanism for c0cking the striker. I don't think it was very powerful, but it went bang and fired a BB!
Hey! I had one of those "Stallions", or something like it, too. I can remember the 2-piece cartridges that you loaded with caps! (Early 50's)

I wish I still had mine, they were some heavy metal revolvers back then.
