replacement magazine quality?

Hi; just purchased extra mags; 7rd. / 9mm for K9 ; They're Kahr packaging #K820; I was wondering if they are imports by kahr; they don't look like the shinny stainless original quality of the two I own; the metal is dull and almost looks like just steel, not stainless and the originals had (kahr) stamped just above baseplate, and these have; (9-7 kahr) stamped up about the middle of unit; paid $30 ea. and wondering if their kahr imported repos? thanks for imput. John

Short answer I don't know.

Mine were a dull finish with the new gun. I polished them for fun and to help them drop better.

The mag that came with my CM9 was dull and has Kahr 9-6 stamped about 1/4 up from the base plate. Others that I bought later are exactly the same. I too polished them up. Not to a mirror shine. But, shiner and smoother than they came.
