Well I finally reached round 200 through my CM9 today. After the 200th round, I loaded the magazine with 147g Winchester JHP rounds (you know, the good stuff:D). I sent 43 rounds of that down range without a hitch. A few more rounds of Speer Gold Dot, all without a hiccup, really loving this little gun!

Great to hear. I had a good experience with mine. I just took it out today and put 220 rounds through without a hitch. All 115gr. FMJ (100 Wolf & 120 WWB).

I just purchased my brand spanking new CM9 friday to replace my Ruger LCP as my new CCW pistol. I wanted a 9mm instead of .380. I took it to the range today and put 100 rounds through it. I would have put 100 more through it except it was super cold and couldn't feel my fingers anymore. Twice the slide failed to lock back on an empty magazine, but other than that there were no issues. It is very accurate. I am not a big fan of the magazine. It seems cheap and does not drop free. I have read other posts about that. I am ordering a Talon grip to make it easier to grip, as after awhile it digs into my skin. I have the talon grip for my Glock 19 and i love it. I am very pleased with the gun and when i put another 100-150 rounds thru it and am confident in its reliability, it will replace my LCP and will be my carry gun. It is fun to shoot and am glad I made the purchase. Does anybody else have issues with their magazines?

Most of us owners have the same problem with a new gun. There are several fixes you can read about on this forum. Or do as I do, I just release the mag and remove it with my other hand. It has been said the mag will drop free on its own after you shoot it more. It's not a problem for me to grab it before it falls out and into the dirt. Before you alter anything just shoot some more and catch (grab) the mags.;)

I had the same problem with my PM with my slide not locking back on the last round. Check your grip on the gun; my right thumb was inadvertently resting on the slide release and with a tight grip it was easy to see why it wouldn't lock.
