"Nose-dive" fix question

I read on another thread there is a fix for bullets nose-diving on the feed ramp. The specific post said something about adjusting the angle of the follower but did not give any details. Can someone tell me what the fix actually is? Is there a way to adjust the angle of the follower? In a Kahr magazine? I think they were referring to CM9's in the thread.

I think over on the kahr tech section there is a tutorial called cw45 fixes. If u scroll on down u should see how it is done. What model kahr and caliber is causing ur issues. ??
