So I emailed Kahr to find out when my particular PM9193N was manufactured. I have a September 2011 date on my new weapon I bought in November. It was nice to hear it wasnt sitting on a store shelf for a long time before being sold. :D

Right on Rip! I feel pretty good about it! This topic isnt getting many hits. Is there something I dont know about how to tell when the gun was manufactured? Is there some kind of trick or code to determine date? :behindsofa:

Use the search function, it's at the top of the page. Type in serial numbers and it will bring up threads about serial numbers.
