You are going to like the PM45. Great to shoot (for a short barrel) and makes a great carry piece. I just got back from punching 120 holes with mine. Just passed 3600 rnds with it. I shoot it better than my PM9. Actually I like it better than the PM9.

Put the bike tube on the grip.

Welcome to the forum PBJ. Thanks for the headsup on the S&B. I already had 6 boxes of the Herters @ $17.99 on the way to my wife's folks in SW Colorado for my PM45 and my in-laws to shoot while we're there.
The S&B .45 is back ordered, but I ordered a case at that price for free home delivery. Hopefully, it won't arrive until after I return. I'll monitor delivery and call a neighbor if it seems like it will get there before I get back.

I haven't had any problems with S&B, MFS, or Herters in 230-gr FMJ... cheap range ammo.

Enjoy your PM45... a fantastic, compact weapon for CCW.

By the way, my favorite carry ammo is Speer 230-gr GD Short Barrel and the BONDED Remington 230-gr Golden Sabers are good, too. JMHO.

If you consider we're both adoptive parents of PM45s, then yes!

Much thanks for the welcome to the family and hey brother CJB :yo: (no pun or sticky peanut butter intended!)

Excited to get out soon and see how she shoots as she is polished, well lubed and tubed *to cover both of our assets!

Cheers,
PBJ

Welcome to the forum!

The more I look at the 45s, the more I think that is my next Kahr. They are just such a handy size, and really not bad to shoot at all for the weight. Probably a PM or a P. Still on the fence between whether to go that route, or get something in the pocket size to be my summer, shorts pocket carry. Summer is a ways off though...
