The customer service I received from Kahr has been excellent. I have bought mags, sights, grips, ect from them and it has always been a good experience. I recently bought the Williams Fire Sights from them but decided to have them installed by Kahr so I mailed in the slide. I didnt know what to expect since this is the first time I have asked Kahr to do any work to my gun. Bottom line: excellent work.
My slide was fithy when I sent it in. It came back cleaned. I checked the installation of the sights with my micrometer set up and they are dead centered. Thanks to Nathan, Ian, and Jay for their work over there ant Kahr. Their work has made my Kahr experience a good one. Total turn around time was two weeks exactly.

When you sent your gun/slide to them, it comes back FedEx 2 day mail. It is very well packaged. Adult signature is required for delivery. A note on the door would not be accepted FWIW. I took a picture of the box to show it is well packaged.

$49 for the sights, $40 to install, $25 return shipping

I had the same experience with my MK40. Sent the slide in for new night sights. A couple of week turnaround and back it came. Did not know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Just sent the slide to the PM9 in for the same treatement. Might take a little longer due to Christmas but that is the way it is at this time of the year.

Late post here. First time I needed Kahr customer service was last week. I had placed an order for some accessories. They came in with a problem, one was my mistake and one was I guesses bagged wrong. The one my mistake, is the sights were not what I expected. I called and Kahr took care or it no problem! The item, bagged wrong, was replaced and shipped out ASAP!! As soon as the sight was returned to them a credit was issued! Really can't ask for more. I hope that I will never have to need C.S. again but know they will be there if needed.. As for as the CM9 goes, could not be better......... No problem what so ever...
