How fast is your Internet connection?

Just wondering what level of service people have bought for HOME.

There are several utilities to measure, here's just one

Download is always much faster. I am 3.13 Mbps up and .732 mbps download

7 Mbps, though advertised as 6 Mbps... DSL through AT&T. Something I've added in the last month or so has given me pauses... every so often input and control is lost for 10 to 20 seconds... HD activity, but can't nail it down with Windows TasK Manager... the watched pot, etc.

I just ran a test: 12 ping; 21.79 mps DL; 5.18 mps UL. Not too bad since Comcast only promises 12 mps.

Depends on where I'm at and what I'm using. Sometimes I use the smart phone, with and without the wifi, sometimes I'm at work on my computer, sometimes theirs. All depends, though generally it's fast enough for me.

I had a 9 ping with 20.94 down and 4.18 up...

Re run on a Dallas server and got a 41 ping with 22.35 down and 3.38 up.

Yeah, I can't touch that at home... in fact my 4G connection on Verizon is faster than my home Internet. :(

I remember using a 2400 baud modem and getting a blazing 2 KILOBYTES per second. You could watch paint dry faster.
