Here is mine with a little DIY polishing "rounding edges" for easier holstering.

Thats a nice touch CRD. making a tapered nose out of a blunt, and keeping the overall length down. I may have at my 'black rose' edition with the same intent, soon.
What did you do your polishing with? I've been thinking about it but haven't started yet.
Very nice CRD... It's a beaut!... Thanks for showing.

Here's my custom CW 9. Sorry for the bad pics, but it turned out great!

Very nice, both of those last couple.
You send that out or do it yourself davewhit3. I love jeweling and front slide serrations.
I live in Springfield, MO, and there's a shop here called Dark Ops Customs ran by Frank Duren who did the work. It took about 5 weeks, but it turned out great. It's actually much nicer looking in person because my pics are with an iPhone. He also did some trigger work and polished everything on the inside as well, so the action and trigger are much smoother than before. I had some Kahr grip stickers on it before the custom grip and never did like that, but the grip work he did feels so much better. The only thing I don't like is the rear sight, I think I'm going to put the stock one back on until I find something better I like.
Here is my MK9 I bought used. Just got it today and will be out shooting it tomorrow.:cheer2:
Hell yes!

OK, now I HOPE you didn't put your camera at risk by placing it that close to the muzzle, so I can only assume you either used some nice clear plexi-glass to shield it, or zoomed it in.
Given the size of your meaty paws in relation to the size of your head, it doesn't look like a zoom job. Tell me you didn't abuse your camera with muzzle blast!
Also, was this the result of telling your camera to take a series of shots after a timed delay, and just getting the timing right? Because I KNOW you didn't let someone stand in front of you snapping photos while you shot.
Or, should I not kill the mystique by asking for an explanation, like at a magic show?
Those are stills from a movie shot with a little Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W350 mounted on a tripod. I used this free editor to capture the stills: http://fixounet.free.fr/avidemux/
I'm afraid I've put that little camera through some rough use since I've had it. It goes along on hikes, 4 wheeling, hunting, shooting trips, etc. I think the most damage to it has come from me rolling on when it was in a belt case.:o

Greg
I did notice some wiggly lines on the photo, which in hindsight look very video-esque, but at the time I just figured it was JPG compression, fuzziness from a bit of digital zoom, or just a crappy cell phone camera with a small aperture.
Nice shots!
awww,, your gonna give the CW40 that middle child syndrome, shame on you for not including it here!
merging Kahrs? what is this a freeway?
I really enjoyed the pics thread. kinda like a Kahr Show.

I present to you, my new CW9. I shot 100 rounds through her at the range last week. She didn't seem to like the Lawman FMJ ammo (a couple of times, the slide would not travel all the way forward into battery, and i had to tap the rear of the slide) I switched to Winchester white box ammo, and had no problems with those next 50 rounds. I was shooting low and left (at about 15ft)with nice groupings (I need to get used to the DAO trigger). Over all, I feel that it was a solid purchase, and I will finish the break in period and re evaluate if this will become my #1 carry weapon. An employee at the range recommended that I get a Hogue grip. I bought one and already like the improved feel of the grip. cant wait to test it.

I'm considering purchasing a cw9 [and haven't yet even taken possession of the p380 I just bought!] and like the photos you posted. Any more info I can get on the cw9 will be appreciated. My last 9mm was a Beretta. I no longer have it.
THanks for posting the photos!
I love the desert too. When I was a kid--1950's--anyone could drive out anywhere in the desert, set up some bottles and cans and plink--or blast--away with whatever weapons one happened to have.
I can still do that.
