first DIY in the pocket kydex CM9 holster

Hello All,
I've just built my first in the pocket holster for my new CM9.
It was so easy and only costs $10 shipped for enough Kydex to make 3 holsters.
I thought I would share my experience for some other do it yourselfers and
the pictures are at the end.

materials:
1)I purchased a 12x12inch piece of .067 kydex from springfieldleather.com. I went with .067 because I wanted it to be light and thin inside my pocket.
2)a sponge used for cleaning a car
3)thin towel
4)Kahr CM9 to mold around
5)a small hand screw off an old computer in place of buying a chicago screw (optional)
6)gloves (optional but recommended)
7)spray on plasti-dip (optional but recommended)

Procedure:
1)cut a 4 by 8 inch piece of kydex from the large sheet
2)put the 4x8 kydex in a toaster oven on 340 for ten minutes, just lay it on a tray.
3)with thin mechanic gloves on pick up the kydex, it should be easy to move like a piece of cheese, if not then put it back for a few more minutes.
4a)lay thin towel over sponge
4b)put hot kydex on towel shiny side up
4c)lay gun on kydex (longwise)
4d)fold kydex and sponge over gun holding the gun in place because it will move
4e)put all your weight on the sponge with left hand, mold kydex around edges of gun with right hand
4f)hold for 90 seconds to let kydex cool down in the right shape
5)cut kydex using a scroll saw(my choice), dikes, or dremel to shape you want
6)sand edges
7)spray with plasti-dip so it sticks to the inside of your pocket (optional)
8)admire your holster

Tips I did:
1)if you mess up just put the kydex back in the oven and start over
2)I wanted to adjust the holsters tension on the gun so I put a piece of cardboard in the shape of the gun around the gun so the kydex did not touch, then I adjust the screw to my preferred tension.
3)heat the side next to your thumb with a hair dryer for 2 minutes and bend it out to make a thumb break.
4)put the gun at a slight angle when molding the kydex so it matches the curve of your pocket

I foobar'd the picture before I cut the kydex right after coming out of the sponge so it's missing but here are the rest.

Thanks. It worked well before the plasti-dip but it would come out of my pocket if I had the screw tight enough to apply much tension on the gun. After the plasti-dip it works great with or without tension.
