I have a couple of Fenix PS30's and like them a lot.
Small and has multi levels SOS and Strobe.

Try the EPLI from Brite Strike. High: 160 lumens Lo: 10 Lumens. Also strobe mode. Uses two AAAs. It look like a fat ink pen and is only a little over 5" long. I carry it every day with my PM9 and my wife carries one with her CM9. I sent one to my son, who is a Florida Highway Patrolman, and it is his primary flashlight. Not cheap, but well made.
