CT380 Barrel in a CW380/P380

Hello all,

Curiosity has me wondering if the CT380 barrel would fit/operate in the CW380 from pictures they look the same, but I do not have the two to compare.
If anyone has both can you take a look?

Alternatively, is it possible to take the whole upper from CT380 (barrel, slide, recoil spring), and put it onto CW380 frame?
