    Default Guide Rod problems, PM9

I cant find good pics of the front end of a Guide Rod for the PM9: 9093A
mine bought march of 2015 has a threaded front end but nothing on it?
consequently the coil sometimes sticks out the front.
    what am I missing?
and if so how to get one?
or while I am at it is there anything aftermarket that is better?

    much obliged,

    Max

The nut fell off of the end. Here is another thread on it: http://www.kahrtalk.com/showthread.p...de-Nut-Missing

Kahr will send you a new guide rod assembly. Sometimes the thread locker just doesn't take properly and it happens. It is pretty rare though.

Hey Bone, follow the links for a real world fix with a standard nut. I will do same.

Home made fixes can be real classy....

Remember its got a little angle to the back of it, so that it self centers on the way back inside the hole.
