The education system is so bad that 50%of the doctors graduated in the bottom half of their medical school class
I hope that explains why 25% of students scored in the bottom quartel.

Too gosh durn quiet around here. Over 24 hours without a single post. Don't reckon that's ever happened before.
I'm headed out to the good side of the mountains for a week of fishing and shootin, leaving Wednesday. I sure hate packing up and getting ready, but love it once I'm there. Get to do it all over again come July. Just me and the missus this trip, whole crew in July.
