I took a hard look at the CZ before I decided on my Beretta. I wasn't sure I'd like that trigger.

I took the APX out again yesterday and shot another 100 rds. of Fed 124 gr. Starting to bond with it and I'm starting to like the trigger more now. Not a heavy trigger pull, crisp break and a shorter reset than other strikers I've shot. Another flawless 100 rds. So far, a winner. Carried it out and about yesterday for the first time. Put on a pair of pants that I haven't worn in a while and was surprised that it actually fit in my front pocket with just a bit of the bottom sticking out. Not how I'll be carrying it, but it worked. Still getting used to the green.

Nothing was wrong with it but I stupidly thought I needed more than 5 shots……That is the one gun I should have kept and the one I wish I had back the most……

No, actually I think this is a set you told me about someplace. I've tried to make my own a few times. I have one set that's close to tolerable but so far I'm not getting it. I don't know how they make these stag grips so nice.
The only downfall is they are almost always too thick for my personal taste. I wish these were a tad thinner as well but they are close and I love the looks of them.
Might be a bit too much contrast on the dark gun but I've always kind of went contrast over subtle.
Wife says it looks like Walt Longmires gun, that's plenty good for me. Love that show.
