the original push safety being incredibly hard (but not impossible) to push I decided to roll the dice on a NOS preserved in cosmoline flip safety.
Very easy install, I highly recommend this upgrade!

Nice upgrade. I do not know what trigger group that is off of, but would much rather have a flip vs button on any rifle. I got an AR for cheap off a guy where he had lots of great upgrades, but for some reason he did the opposite, converting the flip to a button. Said he built if for 3 gun, so maybe there's a speed advantage there. I will eventually undo that though. I want to be able to know from feel or sight that it is on off or go mode, even though it is a back up to my back up to my go to, if ya know what I mean?
