    Congrats John!
The fact that the .327 SP is a six shooter is a bonus.
I put these Altamont “snake skin” grip inserts on mine.

I like the inserts it came with, a darker wood.

That polished Alaskan makes me drool, too!

Well, I must admit the same. We don’t know what we’ve got till it’s gone. Quit a few I’d buy again if I had the chance and the dough.

Only handgun I ever sold was a SS UPSc 45 that I bought NIB with a decocker only (no manual safety) and factory NS.
Special ordered it that way from the factory.
Didn't know at the time that HK guns use a cover up sight picture.
    So I consistently shot low
After a couple of embarrassing shooting sessions with my friends I was unsuccessfully practicing at an indoor range.
After complaining to the range officer about how unhappy I was with the gun.
He offered to pay me cash for what I paid new for the gun and I bit.
Special ordered a NIB Sig P220 45 two-tone with factory nickel plating that I still have today.
Years later I learned of the sight picture thingy and that you could get sights that gave an American Sight Picture.
By then HK had stopped producing guns with Stainless Steel slides though
Years later they produced some batches of USPc guns in Stainless again and I replaced that gun
    I don't sell guns anymore...

I've told that story several times.
We start repeating ourselves as we get older - LOL!
My apologies to the long time members that hear the same stories over and over...

Well you learn your lesson quicker than others. I’ve had a few multi gun sell offs for reasons that seemed great at the time, but which I now regret. Took me a while, but think I’ve learned my lesson.

Since you like the shinny - LOL!
Here is the replacement UPSc 45.
It's been converted to a Light LEM trigger and I had Heinie Straight Eight NS installed.
    It's a keeper

So long as it isn't MY revolver I see no issues with you sleeping with one Bird

That Sir, is beauteous, if I may be so bold as to butcher the English language. Very tastefully done!

I "sold" many, but only to purchase replacements for them. Unfortunately in a lot of cases I have later traded those replacements for other replacements. And left me wishing on some occasions that I still had the ones that are gone. Nature of the beast I guess. But the silver lining is that I still have something, after the transactions to admire and shoot.

    I'm not seeing any picture.
